Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured.

Do you run background checks on your employees?

Yes. We run background checks on all our employees.

Do you use green cleaning products?

No, but if you have a chemical sensitivity or concerns about traditional name-brand cleaning products, we are more than happy to clean using products you provide.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notification if you wish to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, credit card, PayPal, and payment via the Cash App by Square.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. We do business on a handshake. You can book recurring appointments at whatever frequency you want or book a one-time cleaning.
